I’m Alex, a photographer based in California, but available worldwide.
My work is characterized by vibrant, warm palettes and dynamic, natural lighting that focuses on the human element. I have an affinity for photographing cities, but my practice started in the outdoors.
When I’m not looking through a viewfinder, I’m playing soccer with friends, traveling to surf or surfing to travel, perfecting my video skills, or just laying in the sun.

What camera gear do you use?
My go-to setup is currently all analog! Specifically a Pentax 645n & Minolta X570. I find that this combo is perfect for creating a “look” or “feeling” that I personally am naturally drawn towards. The analog workflow is extremely enjoyable to me and I appreciate how my images turn out almost every time.
I rely on my iPhone 15 Pro for the majority of my video projects. Many of my clients ask for Instagram Reels to share on their respective pages and the iPhone + Log format is ideally suited for crafting that type of content. This allows me to produce captivating and easily relatable clips that audiences find pleasant to watch.
