The Experience

Contact me so I can introduce myself to you! After filling out my quick form, I’ll reach out to schedule a time to chat. I’d love to hear your story—how you met, where you’re from, how the wedding plans are coming along, and more.
Once we schedule our time, I’ll send you a Zoom link. I like to set aside an hour, but we can keep it short or even go longer! You can ask me any question you like and I come with my own prepared questions to make sure we cover all of our bases. Here are some quick FAQs if you’re already really curious.
Once we’ve had our chat and you feel confident moving forward, I’ll send over a contract. It will cover key details like dates, deliverables, deposits, and more. The contract is customizable because every couple and wedding is unique—this way, we can ensure it reflects the details that matter most to you.
Once the contract is signed and the deposit is submitted to lock in your date, we get to dive into the fun part—planning how I’ll capture your day! This happens over two Zoom calls, the first one is 6 months out and the second is two months out. Each is about an hour long (or longer if we’re hitting our stride!) After our first call, I’ll send over a customizable shot list for you to review and add any personal details. You can take your time with it—it’s always editable. If you think of something in the 11th hour, no problem! I’ll see it and make sure it’s included. We’ll also review and finalize it during our second call.
I show up and photograph! By this point, all the details are sorted, so you can relax knowing I’m there capturing everything you want. With our shot list in hand and my eye for those in-between moments, I’ll make sure nothing is missed. You’re also welcome to ask me to photograph anything specific at the moment—I’m there to help in any way I can. Otherwise, ENJOY!!! Dance, make merry, and have fun!!!
Within a few days, I’ll send over some sneak peeks because I know you’ll be dying to see a few! Then, your full gallery will be ready within 4–8 weeks. You and your family and friends can share the photos to your heart’s content. I’ll provide a link to the gallery that you can share with everyone so they can enjoy it on their own time. This link will allow both you and everyone to download the photos that they enjoy most. This makes it easy for families to have the ones that they’re in and for printing.

My approach to your wedding day is to keep you immersed in the experience while I document the most important moments. As the joy of the day flows within and around you, I plan on acting as the catalyst, capturing those feelings so you can relive them again and again.

This means your photos will come out authentic, with movement and meaning behind each one! We’ll spend time photographing you with your family and friends and have fun capturing first looks and outfits, but the gallery will maintain a natural feel—as if someone were paying attention to every moment (which I will be!).
